If you receive a defective or incorrect item, I apologize for any inconvenience and will gladly replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process. I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once I receive and inspect it, I will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

What makes my whiskey and wine barrels perfect for décor is that I hand select my barrels and choose those that are aging with character. Since each barrel ages differently, no 2 will ever be exactly alike. Its what makes each piece unique with a rustic one-of-a-kind feel.
It is important to note that some of the pieces will have character variations that can include age marks, mild cracking (especially in the wider wood pieces), barrel hoop marks, rust stains, underside charring, etc. These character variations in no way effects the integrity of the piece.
As part of my process, I meticulously sand each piece (wood and hoops but not too much that it looses its charm), as well as glue and secure everything together in order to ensure they last a very long time. This is why, my products are a cut above the others. I really do take the time to care for every item I make.
