I have an exceptional track record of overdelivering for our customers and have had less than a handful of returns requests. That said, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, I want to make it right. My return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, I apologize for any inconvenience and will gladly replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process. I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once I receive and inspect it, I will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

  1. Warranty/30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

I offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for delivery & return shipping costs if there is nothing wrong with the product.

Exception to warranty  Please note that I am unable to offer a warranty /returns on the barrel pet bed unless your pet weighs less than 26 lbs. Proof of weight must be provided.

To initiate a return for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Include a copy of the purchase receipt and the return authorization inside the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. 

  1. Processing Time:

Once I receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 days to issue you a refund.  If you are requesting a replacement, and tge item is in stock, please allow up to 20 business days to process your replacement.

You will be notified via email once your replacement has been shipped or your refund has been processed.
